Slow Flow & Nidra:
Slow Flow yoga allows us to move slow and deep into the postures, creating space to notice all that arises, and to really take the focus inwards. The emphasis of the class is on safe alignment, intelligent sequencing and maintaining slow breathing.
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation done lying down, including a body scan. Tibetan singing bowls are used to promote Theta brain waves in the brain, which promote the relaxation reflex and inhibit stress and pain.
