Slow Flow & Nidra:

Slow Flow yoga allows us to move slow and deep into the postures, creating space to notice all that arises, and to really take the focus inwards.   The emphasis of the class is on safe alignment, intelligent sequencing and maintaining slow breathing.

Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation done lying down, including a body scan. Sometimes it includes sound. It is very relaxing!
